Wedding of Priti & Ambrish

You heard it here first – Fitbit romance is a thing! Ambrish and I knew of each other through our temple network but never spoke to each other until our mutual friend added us to a weekly Fitbit challenge. Every week, Ambrish and I were always competing for first place and that sparked the first Fitbit private message Ambrish sent me. What started off as healthy competition (quite literally) in private Fitbit messages turned into hours of texts and phone calls about life and our love for travel. Although it seemed like a case of “unfortunate timing” because I had just moved to London, it ended up turning into a great long-distance love story. Our first dates may have started in the US but soon after we were having date nights in the UK, in France, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Canada and Italy to name a few.

How I knew he was the one:
It was all the little things Ambrish did (and still does) that added up to make my life complete. It was the times he packed snacks on trips for when I got HANGRY. It was all the times he expressed his love for travel and his love for learning about other cultures. It was all the times he watched chick flicks with me just because I love them. It was all the times we had our jam sessions in the car where he let me belt out my best notes (if you’ve ever heard me sing you’d give Ambrish a medal for putting up with it). It was all the times he showed how he cares about his family, as well as mine. It was all the times he played with my nieces, even if he was tired. It was all the times he focused on giving me more experiences rather than more things.

Stay tuned as tomorrow we share with you Priti and Ambrish’s reception
