Love in Simplicity: Ritika and Vishal’s Intimate Wedding, Revealed in All Its Glory

Ritika and Vishal chose to get married with their closest friends and family and had a gathering of only 12 people after numerous cancellations due to the pandemic and a trimmed guest list. It was a beautiful celebration, with Ritika shining in a gorgeous pink lehenga and Vishal looking dapper.

Their cute love story is enough to keep you smiling all day! What started off as a ‘clichéd approach’ of asking for a pen, turned into a full-blown romance with unlimited chats and phone calls across different time zones. Our love birds, Ritika and Vishal met each other for the first time in college, where Ritika being the nerdy one was surprised of not owning a book that Vishal did! From exchanging books and phone numbers to stealing each other’s hearts – it was a long wait of 7 years before they finally tied the knot amidst the pandemic.

From the Bride –
“Planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic has been one of the toughest things to have happened to us. We both come from a huge circle of family and friends. It was a tough decision to have our biggest and most important day without the presence of some of our closest people.
The only thing that made the planning process easy was the endlessly accommodating list of vendors we had on board. They were such a strong support system that were adjusting to any last-minute changes that we had to make.  If it is one thing that this world situation has taught us is that love conquers all. After 7 years of long-distance, we knew that it was most important to have the wedding whether it was with 10 or 100 people. Only our first families were able to attend the wedding though I must say it was one of the most beautiful days of my life ”
